1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Free Freight Offer

Shop Online at thecitybarn.com.au and receive Free Freight on ANY order of $350.00 or more in Victoria Australia**.

Shipping rates vary in Australia and depends on weight and parcel size.

Shipping prices start as low as $3.50 and end at a flat rate of a maximum cost of $15.00

** Free postage only available for orders with a shipping address within Australia.

*** With the exception of the Equimate Saddlebox, Porta Grazor and Mouting Block these items do not have a flat rate. Postage is calculated based on location.

Note: Offer excludes postage and handling on change of mind goods.

1.2 Delivery

We will deliver throughout Australia to your Home or Business Address, or if you are purchasing a gift, to your gift recipient's address within Australia.

Each order requires a single delivery point.

Orders are despatched within 5 business days after payment has been accepted and cleared and is subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends.

Delivery takes approximately 5 business days in Metro Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and up to 10 days in Rural areas and is subject to public holidays and weekends. All orders are sent via Registered Post.

It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down a relevant delivery address. For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to work where you can sign receipt of delivery.

If you are not home to receive your order, Australia post may leave parcel at your address, considering any delivery instructions you provide. Where you are not able to be home to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door.

1.3 Lost or stolen orders

We strongly recommend you ensure you are available to sign receipt of your order as Australia post may leave parcel at your order at your door. The City Barn cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign receipt of your order. Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.

** For international orders please contact martina@thecitybarn.com if you would like a quote for postage. Flat Rate and Free postage is only for parcels shipped within Australia.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

2.1 Availability of returns and refunds

The City Barn strives to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time. We do understand that there may be some instances where you may want to return items.

 

Items may be returned to The City Barn (at the address below) within 7 days of product receipt, at your expense so that the item/s may be assessed.

Before processing a return, please email sales@thecitybarn.com outlining why you wish to return your product (from the options below) so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.

2.2 Return/refund reasons:

Reason 1 - Wrong Size Ordered

Reason 2 - Faulty Product (give details)

Reason 3 - Product not as ordered (provide details)

2.3 Returned product condition

To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original condition packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please note Sale items are not available for refund

2.4 No refund of postage

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

2.5 Payment of refunds

Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card, bank or their PayPal Account. Exchanges need to be made in the form of a new online product sale.

Sale items are not available for refund, in some cases we may honor a in-store credit to your account.

3. Invoice / Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an invoice if payment isn't received in 14 working days, if the order can't be fulfilled or the invoice is cancelled and the payment is refunded in full.
